Whoa, what happened to winter? It's hard to believe it's already mid-February. For those of you in slightly warmer climes, it's high time to get your seeds started. And if you haven't already, it's definitely the season to plan for honeybees, goats, chickens, cows, and whatever other new animals you plan to raise this season.
