It's getting to be corn picking season! So how do you know when those delicious ears of sweet corn are ready? And what do you do with them once you've got them?
Generally, corn is ready when the corn silk begins to turn a darker brown color. But there are a couple of tricks you can use to see if the corn is really at its sweetest and ripest before you pick it.
