What are you thankful for this year? What gifts have you received as a farmer or homesteader? What insights, tools, or connections have you made?
That's what I've been thinking about this week. This year, I'm thankful for the wisdom to simplify our family's farming life, to streamline it and make it fit better into the rest of our needs and desires. I'm thankful for a freezer full of chickens we raised and grassfed beef from a local farmer friend. I'm grateful for the community connections that have deepened. And for finally having some success at growing veggies!
